Lutra was founded by Charlie Bevis, who has been writing software for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies since 2012. Charlie has experience consulting in Ruby on Rails, C#, Java, and many flavors of JavaScript (Elm, React, Angular, Angular 2, BackboneJS and Ember), and is passionate about strongly-typed functional languages like Haskell, PureScript, and Elm.
